Refund policy

Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used products. This includes any products that have been tested for scent or texture, even if there is no visible use. However, if a product is damaged or defective, please reach out to us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Sampler Products:
We offer sampler sizes of select products for you to try before committing to full-size items. This allows you to experience the scent and texture to ensure it’s the perfect match for you. If you're unsure about a scent or product, we highly recommend ordering a sampler first.

Refunds:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at toshlee@abutterme.com. We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you'd like to try a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
